## Changes for this delivery - 2026-09-30

The distribution selects source/config/documentation files and omits original binary visual/media assets, franchise card datasets and OS metadata. Exclusions are recorded rather than silently represented as preserved.

New local files include the skill instructions/reference guides, the source importer/catalog/builder/verifier, the standalone HTML shell, pointer/lifecycle controller, UI/upload/export code and tests. They are distributed under GPL version 3 with this adaptation. The state contract and effect CSS are adapted from the upstream projects; no claim of upstream authorship is made for the local additions.

Generated demo CSS replaces original image URL operands with declared generic CSS optical patterns, while preserving the archived originals separately. The demo removes analytics/SDK/remote asset dependencies, omits the original back/popover UI, provides a stable pointer wrapper, user artwork/mask/foil inputs, responsive layout, quality modes, keyboard/reduced-motion support and local HTML export. These changes are NOT a pixel-identical reproduction of the original showcase.

## Credits present in original README files

The original READMEs credit Galaxy Holo to **aschefield101**. The classic README also credits some backgrounds to **Vecteezy**. The original binary asset files are not included in this distribution; these credits are preserved for provenance, not asserted as a grant covering those omitted files.

Pokemon-related names in archived source/filenames/selectors identify the original technical treatments. No franchise artwork, logo bitmap, original card scan, or original favicon is supplied in the custom-artwork demonstration. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

## Source availability and warranty

This skill ZIP contains preferred editable source for its included code/templates and instructions. The project builder also emits corresponding-source.zip. Preserve applicable license/notices and matching source when redistributing a modified/compiled derivative. Read `references/licensing.md` for the limits of this practical guidance.

The GPL's no-warranty terms apply. Packaging/behavior tests are not a legal opinion or a claim that all future browser environments behave identically.
